Fashion Fusion: Art on the Runway Teen Summer Camp
Overview:
This is a 3 week summer camp designed for teens (14-18 years old) interested in exploring the intersection of art and fashion. This immersive experience allows attendees to express their creativity and learn practical skills by incorporating artistic techniques into wearable art. By the end of the camp, each participant will have crafted a unique, personalized mini-collection that showcases their new skills and artistic vision. At the end of the camp, participants will showcase their collection in a short fashion show to their family and friends.
Lunch, as well as, tools and equipment will be provided, however, for our upcycling sessions, students will be asked to take clothes that they may already have in their closet.
Cost: $150 per week. Participants can get $50 off if they pay full cost up front.
Classes: Local fashion designers and artists will facilitate the workshops each day.

Master basic stitches, sewing machine usage, and embroidery.
Week 2: Advanced Design Techniques and Accessory Making

Create necklaces, bracelets, and earrings with various materials.
